What requirements do reservations have?
There are a few scenarios in which you will have to pay more after parking with a reservation. Typically these involve violating the parameters of the reservation.
A reservation will have entry time, exit time, and maximum stay requirements that must be met in order to honor the reservations agreement.
What happens when I don't meet the reservation requirements?
In the below cases, extra payment will be assessed based on the difference between the value of the reservation and the applicable board rates at the time of exit.
1. If you enter the garage before the Enter time window, you will be in violation of the reservation agreement and will incur the extra fee as described above.
2. If you exit the garage after the Exit time window, you will be in violation of the reservation agreement and will incur the extra fee as described above.
3. If you stay longer than the stated Max Stay parameter, you will be in violation of the reservation agreement and will incur the extra fee as described above.
What if I drive a larger vehicle?
A 4th case in which in which you will be assessed extra fees is if your car is classified as an OVERSIZE or SUPERSIZE vehicle. See the following article for a detailed explanation: https://help.valet-manager.com/en/support/solutions/articles/8000088429-what-are-oversize-and-supersize-vehicles-
How do I pay for these extra fees?
In all cases of extra fees, the payment will be assessed at the garage before leaving with your vehicle. The attendant will provide an explanation slip to inform you of the extra fee and why it is being assessed. You will need to pay before the attendant can release your vehicle.
